The purpose of South Texas Children’s Home Land Management is to own, manage and lease land and buildings to benefit South Texas Children’s Home Ministries (STCHM)*, a multi-faceted organization which has been caring for children and families since 1952.

A gift of Bee County brush land in 1951 was the literal beginning of South Texas Children’s Home Ministries. Through the generosity of many ranchers and other land owners who believe in the ministries of STCHM, that original 637 acres has grown to include more than 5,000 acres. Gifts managed by South Texas Children’s Home Land Management include:

• Commercial and Residential Real Estate
• Ranch Real Estate
• Oil and Gas Mineral Interests
